Flag Lists Actions

With the introduction, or to be more correct, creation of the Flag Lists Actions submodule all handling of Flag Lists Actions has been moved into a separate submodule.

With this you gain that you will be able to control whether to use and create Actions for your Flag Lists.

If you have been using the Flag Lists Actions you must install the module.

If you are not using the Actions but have an old installation you could try to first install the submodule and the deinstall it. By doing this all your existing Actions should be removed from your system.
