Flag Lists permissions

Currently only four of the available Flag Lists permissions are in use:

Administer Flag lists

This is the administer Flag Lists permission. Make it possible to create new templates and edit them. Gives access to administrative Flag Lists pages. And as pointed out on the permission page: "Give this only to trusted users".

Create new Flag lists

For normal user to create a Flagging Collection and to add entities to it.

Edit Own Flag Lists

For normal users to edit their own Flagging Collections and update its content as well as delete their own Flagging Collections.

View Own Flag Lists

For normal users to view their Flagging Collections and their content.

View Flag Lists

Give normal users the possibility to view all Flagging Collections and their content.

Access global flag lists

This gives other users access to your users global Flagging Collections. Note however the comments in this issue on Global Collections.

All other permissions are currently not used as they are related to revision handling of Flag Lists in general.
