Despite the name "Bulk View" this views format has many features. It is the easiest way to give users the possibility to work with flag lists and attach them to entities.

The way to create this view is the following:
- Define a view with the entities you would like to have your users being able to select from. I.e. build a view with node based on a certain criteria like "Created by the user" or "Available nodes on this site".
- Make sure you have a Flag List template matching those entities. If not, see this documentation page for help creating one.
- The above example is a View which display "page". The select format is "Table". Table is normally the best format to use.
- To get the Bulk view above, you add a "Field" with the title "Flagging Collection operations" of category "Content".
- Make sure you tick "Create a label" and add a label. You want see the text but it will add the tick box for selecting all entities.
- There are a few more options but they are obvious.
- Finalize your view. Don't forget to add a path to the view and set up the Access.
Here is a short explanations of all the options in the view:
- Flag action
- In item 5) and 6) above you can limit the choices to only "Flag" and "Unflag". But if you go for the default the user will be able to select what to do.
- Use this Flagging Collection
- The existing Flagging Collections of the user will be shown here. There is also an option for creating a new Flagging Collection on the fly.
- New Flagging collection
- If the option to "Create Flagging Collection" is selected above this group of items will be selected. The user can add a new Flagging Collection name and a Template flag to use for the new Collection.

- Tick boxes, Select each
- The user can select the items (entities) the user would like to add to the Flagging Collection selected above.
