Offering to maintain jQuery TreeView

Willing to maintain this for D6 & D7, it would be a fun little project for the Drupal Peru code sprint: http://groups.drupal.org/node/144524

As soon as I get access I'll commit this patch and start working on the D7 version.

ipwa already maintains several modules/themes, and has demonstrated both knowledge of Drupal's APIs, as well as an interest in this module.
