As of the end of 2022, Fei has embarked on a new chapter of their Drupal career as a Scrum Master with Renesas Electronics. A developer at heart, but after ten years working with clients and agencies, Fei decided to seek new challenges where their experience and values could come together.
They are a passionate advocate for lifting people up, which can look like a lot of things. In many contexts, it means working to normalize imperfection in order to pave the way for collective growth.
They currently volunteer mainly on the Board of Directors for the DA and as a Drupal Diversity & Inclusion initiative lead.
