Convert module to use short array syntax (new coding standard).

This release is compatible with the recently released Drupal 8.6.x and the last supported release of Drupal 8.5.x.

It enhances the integration with views providing actions, so you can build your own administration pages. This will be improved more in next versions, but you can build a fully functional custom admin interface now! See lingotek_views_test module for examples.

Probably you don't need to, as the default bulk admin interface has been improved with more advanced filters so you can manage your content easily.

Several improvements in how the Cloud Translation Management System communicates with your Drupal site via callbacks, reducing drastically the number of errors.

A new UI redesign of the account connect page, so new users can understand better how Lingotek can help them translate their sites.
