• cancel messages were not recorded to the subscription entity.
• ensure the period end date is set before formatting it.
• Ensure a subscription is not managed by Braintree before canceling by cron

New Features

• create user tokens for whether the user is-trialing and will-cancel-at-period-end. Useful for analytics.
• webhook from canceled free trials do not cancel the subscription entity. The period end date and "cancel at period end" are set instead.
