Bug fixes

Release addresses following issues:

Issue #3132313: pcb_memcache does not have dependency on pcb and it breaks
Issue #3132007: Fix various composer and info.yml include errors

Removed tests for sub-modules for now.

Issue #2723347 Fix relationships from field table to entity table.

Compared with alpha2:
- Many bugs fixes and issues tidied.
- Form moved a bit, to increase clarity and enable access to Fields UI;
- Listing views replaced and exposed filters improved;
- Code style improved.

Test framework is there but needs a lot of work. Failures are of tests not code at this point. Help requested.

Remove core requirements.
