Bug fixes

Removing our dependence on git_deploy due to performance concerns raised by various people and to allow for the possibility to use composer_deploy as well, or just use the module as-is. Built in some simple heuristics to identify contrib projects in the absence of git_deloy/composer_deploy/drupal.org packaging information.

Quick fix to address an issue in the composer.json.

This module's only purpose is to get you up and running with Smart Date and Fullcalendar View as quickly as possible:

If using composer and drush, run composer require drupal/smart_date_calendar_kit and then drush en smart_date_calendar_kit -y. This will download and install all the necessary modules. Alternate installation instructions are in the README.
