Prior to 2.0.0-rc4, prefixed CSS code was run through PHP CSS Parser's createPretty formatter and un-prefixed CSS code was not. Beginning in 2.0.0-rc4, all CSS code is formatted with PHP CSS Parser's createPretty formatter.

Release 2.0.0-rc4 adds support for live updates in Layout Builder when a CSS field formatter is configured to <style> element in <head>.
