Changes since 8.x-2.0-alpha3:

Remove some incorrectly-placed code, and add the View plugin.

Contains changes:

• Fix conflict with config system.
• FIxed bug, it was only supporting blocks in first section. Now it support any blocks in any section.
• Set current path while preparing component over Ajax. It will help blocks those output dependent on current page path.
• Mark "Load always" blocks with class "rlb-load-hidden" so other module can utilize it if needed.
