Bug fixes

First full release! Works same as it has for years, with minor improvements:

• Adding proper calculation for dependencies of path_alias entities generated from their corresponding route parameter objects.
• Updating the core version requirement for the depcalc_test module.

Better DIC, better code, fix tests.

Fixed several issues in Drupal 9.

Possibly breaking change

• Better URL for the ignored modules page: An underscore was added to avoid the spell checker to trigger. This change only affects you if the URL is saved somewhere, e.g. in a bookmark. See commit 2de2ae7.
