Various small fixes

Fixed a small bug with the "comment list" and fixed a problem with the submission javascript

Fixes a problem where under certain circumstances the uid 0 gets in the false_accounts table. If that's your case you need to clean the table.

The eleventh maintenance and security release of the Drupal 4.7 series. Only fixes for security vulnerabilities and other bugs have been committed. New features are only being added to the forthcoming Drupal 7.0 release.
