Bug fixes

This release includes the following fixes:

Added access control to settings page. Hopefully not too many more boneheaded omissions to follow...

Now degrades when the browser has Javascript switched off.

This should fix the issues people have been having with views that have select filters, but not related to taxonomies. If you had a view with a select box that had options other than taxonomy terms, they should be at least more gracefully handled by this module. I think these issues have been the culprit in http://drupal.org/node/215935 and also recently confused into http://drupal.org/node/192117.

This release fixes a critical bug that prevents users other than the Drupal superuser from synchronizing (User ID 1). Also several stability fixes have been applied. Thanks again to rallycivic for finding this bug.
