#226770, added more javascript error handling for bad dates and no dates.

This official 1.0 release just rolls up the original (complicated, confusing) version of the connect module. We don't recommend you use it.

Fixes #256101: Magoo helped to iron out the views argument handling so that they are properly passed along from block to ajax page.

Changes:

• Replace MySQL specific query with standard ANSI SQL. Thanks to bj.drupal for the bug report and patch. Closes: #260910

Fixed up problem where prices only adjusted using one sort of attribute config option and not the other 2 reported at http://drupal.org/node/259012 .

Changes since DRUPAL-5--1-1:

• always reset the user.pass to phpass
• fix bug of not loading the roles on login
