Bug fixes

This release contains the following fixes:

• Removed extraneous watchdog messages to reduce the log spam
• If Crowd is unreachable, exceptions and PHP errors were displayed instead of being handled gracefully.

This beta includes a single fix to the views integration:

* Don't render links for users without permissions to mark items.

Nightly dev release.

This release of Image Resize Filter makes some back-end changes to functionality. Most notably the behavior has changed on images that are not resized.

- If resizing remote images, Image Resize Filter goes ahead and saves all remote images locally regardless of if it needs to be resized.
- Width and height attributes of the original image size are now added to all images if they don't have any.

Don't change title of View/Edit tabs to 'View/Edit current' when content type is not subject to moderation.
