Bug fixes

Bugfix: Fix a bug introduced in previous release, sorry for people which had the time to update in between.

This release adds one feature:
#680054: Move to View / Edit tab

This release fixes one issue:
Unify branding to be "Add another" universally.

This release increases the user experience and display options for Add another; however, does not fix major issues. Sites should upgrade during their usual upgrade cycles or if they need the new features listed above.

• Removed leftover code from Views KML.
• Added check_plain() on title.

simple_html_dom.inc was missing

This alpha release fixes a very serious bug where users were removed from all groups in LDAP upon login.

This release contains the following fixes:

• Removed extraneous watchdog messages to reduce the log spam
• If Crowd is unreachable, exceptions and PHP errors were displayed instead of being handled gracefully.
