Fixing last release, tagged D5 version as D6 by accident.

Completely rewritten version which uses its own iDEAL library — this means no more messing around with ING Connector and ThinMPI. Also new is the ability to automatically execute acceptance tests for new iDEAL contracts. Stale iDEAL statuses (which are caused by a user closing his browser before returning to the webshop) are updated by hook_cron. Orders with failed iDEAL transactions are automatically cancelled.

This is an official release of a complete rewrite of the module. This release adds the following features:
