Stable release for Bontact for Drupal8

This is version 1.2 of Subscriptions for Drupal 7. A lot has been done since 1.1, and unless you're using a recent -dev version, you should definitely update.

It has the following requirements:
1. Drupal 7.13 or later,
2. Mail Editor 7.x-1.0 or later,
3. Token 7.x-1.1 or later
4. Be sure to run update.php after installing it!
