New features

• Bug Fix: Administrator is only emailed if the daemon was killed, not if the admin stopped it.
• Other modules can set the interval controlling how often to check the daemon for the purposes of email the admin. See drushd.module line 119.
• Bug Fix: Stopping a daemon now removes a stale lock_file if the daemon was killed.
• Status now supports arrays.
• Abstracted daemon start code to make it easier for other modules to start their own daemons. This allows other modules to support additional drush options that can be passed on to the daemon class.

Small release which fixes two bugs:

• #2884445: Avoid ID duplication
• #2885016: Fix install message to prevent htmlspecialchars() warning

And adds one feature:

Changed the currency options to show only the currency code.
