New features

First usable version

This is a beta release for the next feature release of UIkit 7.x-3.0. Betas are good testing targets for developers and site builders who are comfortable reporting (and where possible, fixing) their own bugs. Beta releases are not recommended for non-technical users, nor for production websites.

Initial startup work

Minor bugfixes, document gotcha wrt Amazon CloudFront + image styles. One new minor feature: Cache-Control: immutable (#2838309: Make "Forever cacheable files" use `Cache-Control: immutable`), which is a new upcoming web standard.

The first stable release (8.x-3.0) was released just over 8 months ago. Zero bugs have been reported! In this release:
