Releasing the first version of Progress bar for Drupal 8.

This is a feature release in the UIkit 7.x-2.x series and is ready for use on production sites.

Note: This release was pushed sooner than expected in order to inform users of the upcoming requirement of the X Autoload module. See #2893149: Moving functions to class methods for better OOP organization

Have the first alpha1 of the Varbase Bootstrap Paragraphs.

Added New Feature: Add multiple rules for different themes on specific set of pages for specific roles.

This is a beta release for the next feature release of UIkit Components 8.x-3.0. Betas are good testing targets for developers and site builders who are comfortable reporting (and where possible, fixing) their own bugs. Beta releases are not recommended for non-technical users, nor for production websites.
