The development release for Multi Select Preference module with basic features.

Issue #2893920 : Provide the ability to stick the table of content

Refactored, added clasess for menu tree and menu leaf. Added new feature, a warning if user add a node under a term, and not to its parents. This is user configurable in the admin form.
