First full release of the drupal 8 Rocketchat module.

• Rocketchat Base module
• Livechat Block module

- Added the possibility to work with a specific graph by using a graph URI.
- Improved and simplified the SPARQL queries to get the VisualMapper data (more properties are accepted to be used as labels in the VisualMapper now)
- Various smaller bug-fixes

The first Alpha Release of the Smart Glossary module, all of the functionality is in place, styling and bug fixes are up to date, but the D8 branch testphase is still going on.
