New features

Changes since 7.x-1.2:

This release adds an admin config page at admin/structure/civicrm-entity/settings where site admins can disable CiviCRM API entity types from exposure as Drupal entity types.

For those upgrading from beta10 or earlier, no action is required, all entity types remain enabled by default.
