Add a configuration form for the backlinks label.

Changes since 8.x-3.0-alpha1:

- Parsers should not be obligatory
- Configuration now supports bundle, field_name for most processors

This release includes following new features

- Ability to upload Fastly VCL directly from the plug-in. VCL is uploaded as a set of VCL snippets that can be managed independently from other VCL code
- VCL has been added to deal with serving stale in cases of errors

First alpha version of the MDC theme.

Majority of the fields have been styled, however there may still be bugs that exist within the node add/edit pages.

Beta 3 adds a second field formatter to the module! That's the only change since Beta 2. You may need to rebuild your site's cache after downloading the update.
