Working version for the 8.x-2.x module

1. When you install the Lndr module, it will create a "Lndr: Landing page" content type.
2. Syncing of Lndr landing page now happens with content instead of path alias.

This is a minor version (feature release) of Drupal 8 and is ready for use on production sites. Learn more about Drupal 8 and the Drupal 8 release cycle.

Initial release, with features advertised tested in D7.57

Dev release

• #2942287: Improve drupal_url with an optional access check and add drupal_link as well
• #2848104: Support responsive images

Fixes error message and problems saving the mobile message in 1.0-beta9.
It also brings over all features from the 7.x-1.x branch to Drupal 8.
