New features

This release fixes the following issues:
Issue # 2900377 - Tab/Accordion Bootstrap Paragraph Type Translation Issue: Invalid translation language specified
Issue # 2890307 - Add option to Accordion to be initially expanded
Issue # 2975049 - Configuration objects provided by bootstrap_paragraphs have unmet dependencies

• Issue #2984371: Enable [Paragraphs Features, and Paragraphs Asymmetric Translation Widgets] modules on Varbase updates and update the new default form display for the landing page content type.

• Issue #2972670 by zerolab, RajabNatshah, Tritof, RuslanP, enriqueguardia, bill_redman: Fixed compatibility with libraries module.

• Mustache templates are now able to be aggregated as Javascript.
• Renamed hooks from hook_mustache_template to hook_mustache_templates.
• Refactored sync.js: Moved most functions to be used internally only to the sync.___internals property, internal objects now have a home in the sync.registry property.
• Added minified version of sync.js.
