Module Builder 7.x-2.x now requires:

• Libraries API module
• The Drupal Code Builder library

#2960277: Enable lazy loading for all other images
Module features are enabled only when the library is installed.

Don't forget to run /update.php or $ drush updatedb.

• Issue #2977148: Updated [Paragraphs] module from 8.1.2 to 8.1.3
