New features

This is release 1.13 of the Search API module, containing several bug fixes and new features.

Potentitally interesting for technical users is #2896419: Consider to remove exception handling from search_api_views_data which discusses exception handling in the Views data hook implementation. Additional feedback would be welcome to choose the best way forward here.
