Release after Security Advisory Review

This is a release after completing the security Security Advisory review. This release includes all the features of the release candidate one listed below.

Extra display configuration: hour-only output for times that fall on the hour, and the option to suppress the am/pm on the start time if redundant. Also now complies with Drupal code standards.
