Added protection for site-wide and personal contact forms.

New feature: Document Archive

Pino now includes a document archive for archiving several different kinds of document files.

The feature is called Documents on the system. To enable it, enable the Documents-module. Note that you need to have private filesystem setup in your Pino system.
