New features

This is likely the last release before 8.x-1.0 final. The biggest change is to password generation. The password is now more likely to conform to password policies consistently and it uses a stronger source of randomness to choose random characters.

5. NSF Acknowledgement is now required and not hidden.
6. Added help text for publication upload : 'Please upload the final version of your manuscript in PDF A format.'
