New features

This release contains the following changes:

• Multiple small bugfixes and improvements
• Submodule to integrate with frontend publishing (https://www.drupal.org/project/frontend_publishing)

• Added aliases creation in DB for all assets to support direct links to aliased assets:
  • Added filesize and filemime fields for assets table.
  • Added update hook to update schema
  • Added update hook to update existing minisite instances using batch + archive fetching.
• Fixed assets not being deleted correctly when removed from the node form + test.
• Added returning of cache headers when accessing asset.

Massive restructuring of included configs into three submodules; archivesspace_core_defaults, archivesspace_defaults, and archivesspace_islandora_defaults. This allows a site admin to choose which configs to bring in for their site.

Also, the digital_objects submodule's code has been pulled into the main archivesspace module and it's configs into the archivesspace_defaults submodule.

The README includes updated setup instructions to indicate which submodule should be used when enabling this module.
