Most significant change from the beta2 release is the creation of an "Add an Event" button to make it easier for editors to add content. Note that in the settings it is possible to specify for this form to appear in a modal or off-screen dialog.

Updated configuration to fix display buttons, implement an "add event" button, and fix the menu tab.

Changes since 1.0.0-alpha1:

• Name in the views interface now matches the module name
• Sets a "destination" parameter so on completion the user is brought back to the view
• Now provides options to show the form in a dialog instead of on a separate page

Follow-up release based on some early feedback.
