Direct port of Drupal 5 version to Drupal 6.

Main changes over D5 version

- the format of the node feed is now defined by core, not built by the module
- the node feed now displays nodes with either status=0 or moderate=1, whereas it used to require both conditions

We are using a new versioning pattern now. Instead of increasing the beta
version, we increase the minor version. This reflects better the fact that
our releases are usually feature releases and allows us to create preview
releases using alpha and beta flags.
