- Updated rebuild.sh
- Move all features and MN only custom modules to profile repository.
- Upgrade to latest Feeds HEAD.
- Allow for experimental pubsubhubbub support (edit syndication importer on admin/build/feeds, check 'use pubsubhubbub' on fetcher settings).

The sixth unofficial release and snapshot of current functionality.

The following patches have been committed since the alpha5 release:

Fixed: #789940: No permissions for states visible / no states changeable / Can't see the 'change state" button
Fixed: #815296: missing edit icon

This is the first official release of the Meetup API. It's a beta because nobody has used it yet, but the beta tag will come off once it gets some field usage.
