New features

The sixth unofficial release and snapshot of current functionality.

The following patches have been committed since the alpha5 release:

Fixed: #789940: No permissions for states visible / no states changeable / Can't see the 'change state" button
Fixed: #815296: missing edit icon

This is the first official release of the Meetup API. It's a beta because nobody has used it yet, but the beta tag will come off once it gets some field usage.

Lots of bug fixes and clarifications. Mostly from hefox.

Much more stable now. Marking this release as "recommended".

Fixes issues with the domain_access module, and E_NOTICE errors caused by not passing a form_id.
