New features

• Added the ability to embed/link to single file within a gist (from #936740: Seperate files from same Gist)
• Moved from a preg_replace to preg_replace_callback, which is more appropriate and, apparently, also faster.

First true release, with shorten integration as well.

Initial release.

First pass at a Drupal 7 port. Appears to work for me. Will let it mature for a week or two before daring to call it 7.x-1.0.

Changes in this release

1. You no longer need to call _bitly_inc() before calling bitly_user_shorten()
2. Calling _bitly_inc() multiple times will no longer produce code warnings.
