New features

This release includes some major restructuring as functionality is moved to modules outside of main MERCI project MERCI Pricing, MERCI Email, and Field Sync.

Initial release candidate, well tested.

Changes since 6.x-1.3 release:

• The Great Git Migration.
• Minor documentation improvements.
• Per-module plaintext/htmlmail override on module settings page.
• PHP Notice fixes.
• Message id is now available as the $key variable in htmlmail.tpl.php template.
• Template files may be overridden on both a per-module and per-message-id basis.

Community review release. I've found this version to be fit my use case and stable. Feedback welcome.

Removed need for a specific modal frame module.
Now works with CTools, Modal Frame API or by itself by launching a new tab/window.
Permissions are now separated by the module that created them, just like on the main permissions page.

There are some bugs in this version that need to be fixed. It will require the latest dev release of ctools.

We will track the releases with views so when views moves to beta this will move to beta.
