Added fusion edit link for openchurch_block content. This will only appear when the openchurch install profile is installed. I debated whether or not to put it in the openchurch_block feature or the template.php file. Since it is dependent on fusion I ended up placing the logic in the template.php file itself. If openchurch_block is not enabled the theme will not be effected.
