This is the 1st stable version of iTunes U Manager

The changes in the 1st stable version are:

• Fixing the allowed format of incoming TSV files from the Apple reports. Apple changed the name from a column and this was causing the tool to not accept any log files.
• Updates Drupal Core to the lastest version: 6.26

Minor packaging errors associated to flags, folder / link being legacy and menu weighting. Bumping version up to match elms core.
