Last alpha before beta with full release notes, more minor issues related to user experience

roll up changes from -dev into rc2

First stable release! I've tested the output against the pm-list function from drush 4.x for a large number of production Drupal 6.x and 7.x sites and all works as expected.

I will re-tag as a 7.x module when I've finished testing this module using drush 5.x, but as usual with drush extensions they are not Drupal version specific.

Lots more packaging updates and minor glitches resolved, elms schedule now working

Hopefully the last push for alpha before marking this all beta as a package
