Updated all features to latest version. Adding in dev features of webform, quiz, objects and others.

Stable release or 6.x-3.0 version.

First official release of the elms media platform. There's still some decoupling to do and clean up but the install routine is working and this is largely what the system is that we use. Still need to clean up the method of embedding and create a services-esk API for implementation but this is a good starting point.

Installer is stable, publishing this to hold the original version space; a2 will come out immediately following this release to get it above the original drupal.psu.edu version

Reverted flags appropriately on build

Drupal 6 snapshot release.

Minor bugs. Nothing worth updating to if it isn't bothering you.
