Development release

No bug has been reported for 1.4beta1 so I'm releasing 1.4. From now, only bug fixes go into the 1.x branch. New development should commence soon in the 2.x branch.

Corrected XML malformed. Note, please check it is not your choice of modules breaking themes.

Updated to new BaseImgPath JS var to ensure proper pointer to the htc file

per #346771: "Drupal" is undefined error, line 16 iepngfix.htc

This release includes a number of bug fixes from the D5 branch, as well as some updates to the menu settings and some cleanup of some aspects of the code.

First D6 release.
