Gah, actually fix the bug that I thought 1.14 had fixed.

- completely upgrade and port to D6.
- version number starting with 2.6 (sync with D5).
- tested with adsense 6.x-1.0-beta3.
- renew hook_menu(). D6 coming with new implementation.
- watchdog() no longer require for t().
- hook_nodeapi() coming with new implementation for D6.
- split admin related hook_settings() to adsense_injector.admin.inc, as D6 style.
- retouch adsense_injector.info so group this module with Adsense.
- coding style cleanup.
- validate code with coder module.
- add more documentation.

Share drupal block setting with all installed and active themes

1. “Fixed” blockregion options selector position in Administer > Site building > Blocks page
2. The module now tries to guess where the block is most likely to be set in other thems (eg: “left section” matches to “Left Sidebar 1″ more than “Footer”)
3. Right or not, the module makes its choiche and places the block. You still can edit its position manually from the same admin page, after switching to the problematic theme.

Fixes many of the bugs in the queue to do with infinite loops upon installing. Also moves the Admin panel to an include file rather than a separate module.

Lots of features now have the option to enable/disable in the Admin > Settings > Globalredirect page. Trailing slash, Trailing '/0', "non-clean to clean" and menu checking can all be disabled individually depending on situation/taste.
