bounce_handler version for Drupal 6 from 2011

The Drupal 6 version is now in security and module update maintenance mode only. Its highly suggested to update to Commons 7.x-3.x for the latest features.

Drupal Commons 2.16 (Drupal 6.30 core) contains the following updates:

Setting SSL login on HTTP pages to not submit using AJAX, as the cross-domain nature of this will not allow for submits between HTTP and HTTPS.

Added new variables to clean up on uninstall that had not been added to hook_uninstall().
