This release of Webform 3.x fixes several bugs and an XSS security issue. No new features in this version. Upgrading is recommended for all users of Webform 3.x.

Bug fixes since 6.x-3.19:

This release of FileField fixes an access bypass issue that may allow a private file to be reused from a revision when a user did not have access to that revision. No other significant changes were made in this release and upgrading is recommended for all FileField installations.

This release of Image Resize Filter adds flood prevention to prevent users from resizing a potentially dangerous number of images within a single request.

Reading through hook_help(), I realised there were some grammatical issues and one error, so those are fixed in this release.

This release is identical to 6.x-1.5 except for the fix for security issue #98053: Webform Validation Cross Site Scripting (XSS).
