I'm pleased to announce the opening of store.tomgeller.com, which donates 10% of the purchase price on all Drupal-related products to Drupal Association.

I belong to a search & rescue group called Pacific Northwest Search & Rescue, and about I year ago I re-did the site with Drupal to make updating it much easier and taking the workload of off our President. It has made a huge difference in our group in terms of distributing workload and has become a very useful tool in providing information both to our members and non-members.

Recently I found out that a publishing company came across it and liked it enough that they want to use part of it as an example in a textbook on technical writing. The company is Longman Publishers (part of Pearson Higher Learning publishers), and the book will be called Technical Communication Today, 3rd Edition. However, they're not interested in the entire site, but just the front page layout and the intro text that is in the top center panel.

I currently have 4 full-time openings for Sr Web Developer's with Drupal experience in the Bay Area in California, however you would be working remotely. So, candidates from other states are strongly being considered as well. If you are interested please contact me asap!

My company just posted a module called Autoban (for free download, GPL licensed etc.). It provides expiry for User Access Rules as well as a way to automatically create temporary IP blocking rules if visitors exceed configurable thresholds.
