Paid Drupal services

I am in the process of launching a couple of Drupal sites, and would like to speed things up by getting someone to help me work through understanding Drupal. Obviously enough, I am happy to pay market rates, and would expect to pay through Paypal, although I could do it other ways if that works better. I am figuring a couple of Skype conference calls to get questions answered, best practices explained, and so on. New to Drupal but about to start work on a business networking site to include news, forums, blogs, events, etc.

In the event that I do need back-up (either because of deadline, workload or I'm just plain stuck), are any Drupal gurus able to offer assistance to be paid either by the hour or day?

Hi, I'm looking for a talented PHP programmer to develop a custom module for a Drupal website I currently run. My programming skills are not extensive enough to complete this project myself and I would rather just pay someone to do it.

CivicSpace Labs and Social Source Foundation, developers of CiviCRM, are interested in having a hosted solution that would allow users to try out the new integrated CivicSpace and CiviCRM solution together. The goal would be to have a set number of trial installs that would be pre-configured to allow new users to try out an installed version.

At the end of the trial period users would be able to get a copy of their database that they could then take to an ASP or host of their choice.

I consulted a web developer to design a Job Posting Module for Drupal.
