Paid Drupal services

Hi, I've got some free time for the month since I finished a project based on drupal for a client...had to learn php and drupal in one month and finish the site..crazy...luckly php wasn't hard to learn since I'm trained in .net and mssql and java.

So anyways...anyone wanting me to make some basic flash banners let me know

Cost is $25 per banner

Must provide detailed explanation of what you want, provide logo if you want you logo + any images (perferably vector graphics, if not that's fine) and size of banner. I will provide basic images if you have none. If you need more stylish or dynamic looking images then you visit adobe stock images for some cheap royalty free images, that where I get my stuff. Make sure to note what kind of banner this is, if it's on your own site trying to promote a service/product or if it is for a commerical banner. You must have a verified paypal account for payment which probably means you live in the US. I will email you with details if you want to work. You will only receive the swf file. The fla file if you want then you will be charged my regular hourly pay.

Newbee here. I've been drawn to drupal technology quite recently and I am looking to have my website based off it. I'm looking to build an online community/business directory/blog space/forum kind-of-site and was wondering what the average costs for a developer would be for such a task? Maybe even splitting the duties between 2 developers?

I would like a module that creates an action to add a taxonomy term. I am trying to distribute the maintenance of the taxonomy for the site and give users the ability to suggest new terms. This can be for one or multiple vocabularies. I understand that freetagging can create new terms but this doesn't work for a hierarchy of terms. I want to create a node in cck that allows the users to select the parent taxonomy term, suggest a new term, and description/reason.
